We have over 30 years of experience working with legacy TDM devices and signals and transporting them over various networks. Having worked with a wide variety of interfaces over the years, including analog phone, legacy serial, and Teleprotection , we have cultivated an in-depth understanding of OT communications. When we do encounter something new for us, our engineers work closely with customers to study and test their systems to provide seamless connectivity solutions.

Led by TC’s visionary Chief Design Engineer, our highly educated and trained engineers excel at research and development. Most TC engineers have advanced degrees, over 10 years of industry experience, and have worked at TC for more than six years.

On-Site Support

With Sales, Support, and Engineering based in our Southern California headquarters , we provide responsive pre- and post-sales support. Our customers have immediate access to our support team, who work closely with our design and testing engineers to resolve issues.

Because our manufacturing processes take place on-site as well, our support specialists and production team have a direct line of communication, allowing them to move quickly to make adjustments to orders or products.

Orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks, but we can also accommodate rush needs, shipping within 3-5 days after receiving the order. Our customers often cite our ability to fulfill rush orders and accommodate special requests as exceeding their expectations under time-sensitive circumstances.

In addition to six months of complimentary basic support provided with every purchase, we offer three levels of upgraded support—including and up to 24/7 phone support—among other services and benefits.

We work side by side with you throughout the project life cycle to ensure a successful deployment.

TC Communications has been designing and manufacturing products in California since 1991.

Every product undergoes component inspections, preliminary power-up tests, functional tests, a comprehensive final inspection, and “live operating temperature” testing in a walk-in environmental chamber for 24 hours before shipping to you. Our products are built-to-order (BTO) to guarantee up-to-date materials quality and allow for customization.
