Features

TC8640-1 is a T1/E1 Base Card for the JumboBank 5U Chassis (TCRM19E) and works with all TC864x interface cards.

TC8640-1 has 8 Channels of T1 or E1. It is configured with the rotary switch to associate each T1/E1 link with a single or multiple interface cards in the 5U chassis. A second TC8640-1 in the 5U chassis can be configured either as an individual T1/E1 base card or as a redundant base card.

Applications

The TC8640-1 aggregates up to 8 incoming T1 lines from remote sites and terminates them on the JumboBank 5U chassis.
